Amazing food as always. About a 1.5-2 hour wait due to it being Valentine's Day but worth every moment. A must try if you love steak!

You cannot get a better steak anywhere around Wilson. There is nothing glamorous about the red and white checkered tables, small building and limited tables, but you are guaranteed a great meal. No menu, just ribeye, potato, salad bar and grilled onions if you're feeling plucky. Start your meal by tailgating in the parking lot while waiting for one of the 10 tables. Meet new friends, and go home full of the best steak around.

This is my definition of a steak house. Salad bar, baked potato, meat, and bread. Real butter and sour cream on the table. From the salad to the meat selection, YOU determine the mix and size. The grill master turns out the beef at just the temperature YOU define. Not fancy, just plain goodness. The taste and tenderness of the meat is marvelous. No reservations are taken or honored, so get there early and come hungry. (not to mention the baked onion put the whole meal over the top, of the top).
